Hi Everyone!

As requested . . . here are a couple more pictures of Lily Munster and Scooby-Boo. We're really proud of Lily Munster, as she's lost 12 pounds over the summer. She'd gotten a little chunky over the winter months, but we've been taking her to the lake every day. We also switched her food, which made a BIG difference for both her and Scooby-Boo. Here they are, being happy as usual . . .

Earlier today, I read a short story at the Topinabee Pavillion. This is fun! It's on the shores of Mullett Lake, and there's usually a small, intimate gathering . . .

From there, we stopped into Chillermania! for a special one-hour book signing. Lots of people dropped by!

Now, here's something very cool: the Moran family drove up all the way from Chesterfield Township, Michigan, just to come to Chillermania! That's about a four hour drive! But take a close look at the lower left hand corner of the picture. They're carrying a picture of Mr. Moran, Awesome Husband and Father, currently serving in Iraq! So, we're all waving to Mr. Moran so he can see his family from overseas. And a personal note from myself and my wife to Mr. Moran: we support you and your efforts, and all of our troops stationed overseas. We're proud of you, and we can't wait for all of you to come home. Be safe, and be well!

Thanks to the Topinabee Public Library, all who came out for storytime and the Topinabee Pavillion, and everyone who dropped by Chillermania! It was great to meet all of you.

Lastly: I've finished American Chillers #20: Mutant Mammoths of Montana. Look for the world premiere sometime in September. Dwayne Harris has finished sketching the cover, and now he's at work coloring it in. Here's what the sketch of the cover looks like:

Pretty awesome, if you ask me! Can't wait to see the finished art work!

I've already begun work on American Chillers #21, which will be based in Tennessee. Title? I'll let you know very soon. We'll be premiering the book in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in October. That will be a great time! We had so much fun in Tennessee last May, we decided to go back. And we'll be taking Lily Munster and Scooby-Boo with us, too!
