I MISS CAMP!

We had such a great time at Author Quest that it's been hard adjusting to the 'real world'! As you can see on the main page, 2008 Author Quest preparations are well under way. We're hosting two camps this year, and the phone has already been ringing. Be sure to get your application in right away.

I want to thank our 2007 Author Quest campers for taking the time to fill out their camp surveys. We've gone through all of them, and we appreciate your suggestions and positive comments.

I've also received some great feedback regarding the website updates during Author Quest. Next year, the updates will be even more frequent, and will include not only more pictures, but streaming video! I've hired a professional photographer/videographer to handle the duties. That will be cool!

I'm just about finished with the final draft of American Chillers #20: Mutant Mammoths of Montana. Don't forget about the big World Premiere of Michigan Chillers #14: Bionic Bats of Bay City, August 31st and September 1st at Chillermania! (More info on the main page.)

If you're in the neighborhood, I'll be hosting story time at the Topinabee Pavillion this coming Tuesday, August 21st, 2008. It will run from 11am to 11:30, with a special signing at Chillermania! beginning at noon. Hope you can make it!

As I write this, there are more signings being scheduled, including the Book Shelf in Lapeer, Aria Booksellers in Howell, among others. They'll be posted on the main page soon.
